Deck The Halls '13

Fa, la, la, la, laaa...la, la, la, la.  Christmas decorating came a bit early this year but we wanted to be adequately prepared for Uncle Jeff's arrival tomorrow -- and also, Easton is lovin' him some Christmas...and Santa...and talking about presents...which, in turn, allows us to talk about him being good for Santa and said presents. "No, Mom, I got this" I obviously got dressed up for the occasion...honestly, as long as the Christmas tree hat is on I could care less what I'm wearing. :) A quick little stroll down memory lane.  Love you, Gramie! E putting his "First Christmas" ornament up Just a little nostalgia -- this is the chair we did all his monthly shots in And a bonus shot (thanks for sticking around so long).  Little man's toe nail is no where to be found.  So strange. You're welcome, E. Love, Mom.

Little Slugger

Considering the World Series may come to a conclusion soon I figured I should get these photos up while baseball's still being played.  Though he's not throwin' from the mound with his left (yet) he is definitely a natural left-hand batter.  Daddy and Grapes are stoked.

Trunk or Treat 2013

We just got back from Trunk or Treating at Easton's daycare...how flippin' fun (and pretty roarsome as Henry Hugglemonster would say). Mr. Blondie waiting for the trunk or treating to begin! Still figuring out that the chocolate must be unwrapped first. No hurry to explain :) Homeless Lion with a Market Basket bag. Score one for the parents. Some pretty creative pumpkins!

Park & Pumpkins

Today's weather was a 100% upgrade from yesterday's so we scrapped PT Day #2 , broke out the Monkey #5's and enjoyed the sunshine.  The trip to the park was short-lived because we were a tad underdressed for the cooler than expected breeze.  It was still fun though...so much better than being inside ALL DAY LONG!!! After wrapping up at the park we ran some errands and had a fabulous lunch with Sam, Sara, Kathleen and Anna -- and embarrassingly I left my camera in the car and just realized it now.  We played in the backyard and the kiddos burned off a lot of steam in the bouncy castle.  We came home and E hit the pillow hard.  When he woke up it was time to carve our pumpkins!  Check out this artistic display... Yep. All freehand. I know you're wondering where to get the templates. Sorry. Not for sale. Do note that Jace is actually touching the pumpkin innards! Ta-da!  Happy Hall...
