Rock 'n Roll, Dallas!

Dallas.  Another "I could live there" city (Jace loves it when I say that). Numerous reasons why but mainly because that's where my little bro, my bestie AND a Pinkberry can be found...a winning combo if you ask me.  But nevertheless we do not live there...we live in Dayton...no bro, no bestie, NO pinkberry :( Y-U-M -- Pinkberry, Uptown Dallas The good news is that Dayton has an airport!  So last weekend I hopped on one of them there airplanes and headed down to Dallas to meet up with some dear friends to run/jog/walk the Rock 'n Roll half marathon!!  I left Dayton at 0630 and watching the sunrise from 33,000 feet was beautiful.  I photostalked the sun.                                       I arrived DFW at 0830 and Sam, Hayden and Colton were there to swoop me up.  Good thing I was also photostalking Sam as she pulled up because she almost cruised rig...

The Sun Once Shined Here

We had a brief two-day relief from this nagging winter weather two weekends ago (yes, I'm terribly late with this post).  It was a very welcomed warm up considering we had a snow day (yea, base closed and the whole nine) on Wednesday the 6th.  Weekends + warm weather = RAD.  Yes, RAD. I love that word. (Thx, Hollister) First we went down to the Ramsey's house to celebrate Jack & Harrison's first birthdays .  I took zero pictures (go figure) but the party was super fun and the decorations for the party were adorable...it was like we stepped right into the central memory storage of Pinterest .  Also, for those of you who live around this area the chocolate cupcakes from Earth Fare are PHENOMENAL. I'm trying to figure out how many is a respectable number to order for E's b-day...probably two dozen...for Mommy...I suppose E can have a bite...maybe.  Anyway, we didn't last long there though because Easton hit a wall around 1 o'clock..."no naps...
