Our Minnesota Thanksgiving

What do you get when you take two adults, one infant and a dog on a 48-hour Thanksgiving trip to Minneapolis? One amazingly great time with family (and a very exhausted set of parents today)! I took over 200 photos over the weekend so I'll let a few of the pictures tell our story... (click here if you want to look at the rest) Rae was a late addition to the travel roster - Jace is teaching her how to use the moving walkway @ 0430 Thanksgiving morning We landed and made a beeline to Casa de McChesney... what a beautiful day...it was 60 degrees!! Auntie Sherry couldn't wait to get her hands on little E... and he couldn't wait to get his hands on Uncle Wayne's nose! Wayne and Easton share a birthday - 4/16!!! Easton also got to meet his 2nd cousin, Jake during this trip! Jake's a senior at St. Thomas - wow did that go fast... Can't leave out the  sweet reunion between Kosmo and Rae Our only Thanksgiving photo as a family ...

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!

Well, Team Anders is off to see the family in Minneapolis, MN - yep, 0600 flight with a 7-month old and a Yorkie (yikes!!). We hope you all have a fabulous day and get to spend it just the way you want...be it with friends, family, or scouring the internet for Black Friday's best deals! Check out our ghetto "1st Thanksgiving" photo shoot. Thanks for holding that blanket up in the background, Jace. I see some potential there, yet! The fan really adds something to this shot... Always eating something, aren't they?? We have so much to be thankful for today but I thought I'd mix it up and share 10 random, off the top of my head, things I'm currently thankful for...here goes: 1. Febreze (long story, but yesterday was not OK) 2. Defense Acquisition University - without the numerous online learning classes it delivered me over the past two weeks I literally would have been back to doing this again: 2dLt Tomlinson hard at work  circa 2002...
