Snow, Snow, Snow

I'm a little late on this post but I've been trying to learn Adobe Photoshop Elements so I've been really distracted from writing.  We had a great snowstorm here on the day after Christmas and Easton really enjoyed playing in it (though we hadn't yet bought him snow boots -- oops!). Practice run... Solo snow angel!! See? those are his little StrideRite boots :( #mommyfailagain

Full Throttle

Unfortunately I don't get to wear a sweet bandana like this to work...nor could I figure out how to even put it on in such a cute and functional way I'm exhausted...I need a weekend from my weekend, I think. :) Lots going on here in Boston - nothing I didn't ask for so I won't complain but I would like to go on record and say that I think I'm just about to my max capacity. Also..." Mommy Guilt " is a biotch. Though I'm not struggling to set an example for a daughter as the "Mommy Guilt" article touches on, I'm struggling terribly with striking a work/family balance right now. It's absolutely maddening...I need a mentor...a woman with eagles on her shoulders with little kiddos at home...I wanna know her secret to success...but none to be found. Bummer. Guess I did complain a little bit, sorry :( Now that I've got that off my chest I'll transition into the happy, fluffy part of my weekly updates of our adventures. ...

It started raining here around 3 o'clock yesterday and switched over to snow around 7:30. It was so pretty and most definitely made me want to go buy a Christmas tree and put that baby up!!! Bah Humbug would have seriously objected to that though so I stayed focused on Halloween for the time being. Rain... To snow... You can see how heavy it was - this was last evening @ 9:00 PM How's this for solar flare and long exposure? Poor trees...Rae's diggin' it though Beautiful October morning - 7:00 AM Today the Globe reports there are about 650,000 people without power in MA this morning. Luckily, no power outages here at The Commons...though people around Reading haven't all been so lucky. The Team wen...
