Watch Me Grow...8 Months

17 Dec 11 - 8 months old
(going for weight check Monday...will update)

Our little man turned 8 months old on Friday but lazy 'ole Mom didn't get around to taking his pictures until this afternoon. With every month that passes these "photo shoots" get more and more difficult because 1. Easton no longer likes to just lay there on his back...or sit still for that matter and 2. every time I put the little sticker on his onesie all he wants to do is eat it (I documented below).

He's finally begun to crawl and is constantly trying to pull himself up on things but just isn't quite strong enough yet. He likes to extend his legs when trying to sit him down so he stands instead and absolutely loves to clap, clap his hands! No teeth have made their way through his little gums yet but his hair's growing in more and more. The little kiddo continues to be all smiles and has such an easygoing temperament...we all know who can't claim responsibility for that! So let's see how he's grown, shall we?

Smallz looks the same - I swear these pictures were
taken one month apart! :)

Deck The Halls '13

Fa, la, la, la, laaa...la, la, la, la.  Christmas decorating came a bit early this year but we wanted to be adequately prepared for Uncle Jeff's arrival tomorrow -- and also, Easton is lovin' him some Christmas...and Santa...and talking about presents...which, in turn, allows us to talk about him being good for Santa and said presents. "No, Mom, I got this" I obviously got dressed up for the occasion...honestly, as long as the Christmas tree hat is on I could care less what I'm wearing. :) A quick little stroll down memory lane.  Love you, Gramie! E putting his "First Christmas" ornament up Just a little nostalgia -- this is the chair we did all his monthly shots in And a bonus shot (thanks for sticking around so long).  Little man's toe nail is no where to be found.  So strange. You're welcome, E. Love, Mom.

Trunk or Treat 2013

We just got back from Trunk or Treating at Easton's daycare...how flippin' fun (and pretty roarsome as Henry Hugglemonster would say). Mr. Blondie waiting for the trunk or treating to begin! Still figuring out that the chocolate must be unwrapped first. No hurry to explain :) Homeless Lion with a Market Basket bag. Score one for the parents. Some pretty creative pumpkins!

Little Slugger

Considering the World Series may come to a conclusion soon I figured I should get these photos up while baseball's still being played.  Though he's not throwin' from the mound with his left (yet) he is definitely a natural left-hand batter.  Daddy and Grapes are stoked.
