December Favorites

yes, i'm well aware it's the middle of january but i'm so behind and wanted to share a bit of our last month of 2012. sorry i've been so out of touch but i'm fairly content with our new blog design and my eyes are healing nicely from the PRK surgery I had a week ago wednesday so I should be back up with my weekly inbox spam. :) the header is total amateur hour (no laughing at my lack of graphic design skillz, Kelly) but i'm having fun nonetheless. if you haven't been actually out to the blog lately please take a look and let me know what you think. I've added my Instagram feed as well as loaded up our Team Anders YouTube channel so our latest videos populate as soon as I load them. there are some gems out there!

ok, ok, enough with all the words. here are pictures....enjoy!!

my first set of favs, hands down. Easton and Uncle Jeff reading a book and trying to figure out how tall eSmallz is. Book reading was a smashing success...getting an accurate height measurement...well...
I was just thrilled that uncle and nephew were friends again after the swing and a miss that was Jeff's last visit :)

Moving on to another set of good times here in the Anders household...check out how little man's counting skills are coming along. Don'tcha just love that concentration?!
1, 2, 3...or at least it's kind of a 3 :)
And taking it WAY back to the beginning of the month here's a few randoms from around the house.
enjoying some precious "moo" time -- the iPad is his moo...don't ask
just give him the "moo"

Being a total cut up. 2 pacifiers? Why not :)

Taking advantage of a nice sunny day and some great light!

Yes, Son, the Santa bullets have lived to celebrate another year!
(remember  the Hanscom house?)
Kiddo looooves jumping off things now. The bottom step is is fav.
Easton loves to play with Jace's pomade jar -- he picks it up, acts like he's unscrewing it and then fake rubs it on his face like you'd put on face lotion (when you're almost 2). It's the most hilarious thing. So I decided, before it was time to give him a 1 on top, no guard on the sides, that I'd spike up his hair.  Apparently he loves it. Truth. Just look at his face.

And lastly I'll leave you with these sweet little pictures. I love watching him sleep...and he loves Mickey Mouse.

Deck The Halls '13

Fa, la, la, la, laaa...la, la, la, la.  Christmas decorating came a bit early this year but we wanted to be adequately prepared for Uncle Jeff's arrival tomorrow -- and also, Easton is lovin' him some Christmas...and Santa...and talking about presents...which, in turn, allows us to talk about him being good for Santa and said presents. "No, Mom, I got this" I obviously got dressed up for the occasion...honestly, as long as the Christmas tree hat is on I could care less what I'm wearing. :) A quick little stroll down memory lane.  Love you, Gramie! E putting his "First Christmas" ornament up Just a little nostalgia -- this is the chair we did all his monthly shots in And a bonus shot (thanks for sticking around so long).  Little man's toe nail is no where to be found.  So strange. You're welcome, E. Love, Mom.

Trunk or Treat 2013

We just got back from Trunk or Treating at Easton's daycare...how flippin' fun (and pretty roarsome as Henry Hugglemonster would say). Mr. Blondie waiting for the trunk or treating to begin! Still figuring out that the chocolate must be unwrapped first. No hurry to explain :) Homeless Lion with a Market Basket bag. Score one for the parents. Some pretty creative pumpkins!

Little Slugger

Considering the World Series may come to a conclusion soon I figured I should get these photos up while baseball's still being played.  Though he's not throwin' from the mound with his left (yet) he is definitely a natural left-hand batter.  Daddy and Grapes are stoked.
